"HOW CAN I PROVIDE A RELATIONSHIP WHICH THIS PERSON MAY USE FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL GROWTH?" ~ CARL ROGERS
ABOUT ME
Hey there! I’m Brian, a former licensed psychotherapist turned professional therapeutic coach. I’ve shifted my practice to a coaching model to break free from the limits of state licensing and reach guys like you—or parents looking to support their sons—wherever you are. My mission? To guide teen and young adult males through life’s challenges and help you step into your authentic, confident self.

I have been working with tweens, teens, and adults professionally in various settings including the juvenile detention center as a support group leader, out in the community in parks, client's homes, cafes, and libraries as a professional mentor, at domestic violence shelters, in my private practice, and numerous mental health clinics. In addition, I have led both domestic violence survivor and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups.

My life's passion is in assisting individuals who are faced with the challenges of their respective life stage and navigating life's complexities. In my view, each life stage can be a great opportunity for self-discovery, empowerment, and learning how to live out one's innate potential.

Meditation Instructor
A vast amount of evidence and research has revealed that even as little as 20 minutes of meditation everyday can result in a remarkable reduction of symptoms related to depression and anxiety while drastically improving life satisfaction. As a meditation practitioner of 10+ years in the Zen, Vipassana, and Vajrayana traditions, I bring an integrative approach to meditation that encourages clients to touch into the present moment and bring a sense of gentle curiosity and compassion to their lives.
